The Human Life

1.    The Main Purpose of Human Life is to obtain Salvation – redemption of the Soul from the Cycle of Birth, Life, Old Age, Disease and Death.  A successful human life, therefore, means liquidation of all Karma, good and evil, associated with the Lower World and entry into the higher Spiritual World – a world of perpetual peace and bliss.  This Main Purpose is only possible in the unique opportunity provided by birth in the Human Body.

2.    Having earned a human birth, which is very difficult to obtain even by the Deities, it is very necessary to start as early as possible to institute those disciplines which are required to ensure success. 

3.    Saints declare that the forces of Maya - Kam, Krodh, Lobh, Moh and Ahamkar - are formidable.   During our whole life we must not get ensnared and entangled by these forces.  They are designed to detract us from our Main Purpose.

4.    During this life we must make a trade – we must give up entanglements by the objects of the Maya World and acquire those characteristics which will help us to freedom from the Big Prison of Time (Kal).

5.    Great Saints and sages, who have come to earth from time to time, have told us that the only safe, sure and direct way is the Path of the Saints.  ‘Satsang’ is their Institute and the ‘Satguru’ is the True Teacher.
