The tongue wants pleasant tastes. but sour or sweet makes no difference to the one who finds nectar within. The nectar of Naam and the sweetest tastes are for the soul. |

Whenever lust comes one should wake himself up. He should put his attention into Shabd, and keeping quiet, he should drink the nectar of Naam. Pray to the lord for help and listen to shabd. |
